You are prohibited from using the Services to:

- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in fraudulent activities such as phishing, identity theft, or financial scams.
- Harmful Activities
- Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful content.
- Conduct or promote activities that harm Intratel, its network, customers, or others, including DDoS attacks, network flooding, or attempts to breach security measures.
- Unsolicited Communications
- Harvest or collect information about others, including phone numbers, without their consent.
- Send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk communications, including but not limited to SMS, or robocalls, except when meeting legal standards for call center traffic and have prior approval from Intratel.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or the networks and systems connected to the Services.
- Use the Services in a way that negatively impacts other customers’ ability to use the Services.

- Account Security
- Engage in activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations, whether local, provincial, national, or international.

- Network Security
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in fraudulent activities such as phishing, identity theft, or financial scams.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through your use of the Services. Intratel does not control or monitor the content of communications, but reserves the right to remove or block any content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, you are encouraged to report them to Intratel at legal@intratel.ca. VoIP.ms will investigate and may take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP.
Enforcement
- Actions by Intratel
- Intratel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, block data transmission, or take other appropriate actions if it believes you are in violation of this AUP.
- Cooperation with Authorities
- Intratel will cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity or violations of this AUP. This may include disclosing information about you or your use of the Services to government authorities as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Intratel shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services in violation of this AUP, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Amendments
Intratel may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on their website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated AUP.
